By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We kindly ask all clients to read these carefully. These terms are in place to ensure the best possible experience for everyone.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be made in person, by telephone, or through our online booking system.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment.

Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of £25 being added to your next bill.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in being required to pay a deposit in advance for future bookings, or the salon reserving the right to decline future appointments.

We will make every effort to accommodate appointment changes, but this is subject to availability.

2. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that you will be seen.

Depending on the stylist’s schedule, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled.

If your appointment is shortened due to late arrival, the full price of the original service will still apply.

If a late arrival results in a cancellation, the £25 cancellation fee will apply.

3. Colour Services & Skin Tests

For all hair colouring services, a skin allergy (patch) test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment.

This is a legal and safety requirement. We are unable to proceed with any colour treatment without a completed skin test, regardless of whether you have had colour treatments previously at this or any other salon.

If you attend a colour appointment without having had a skin test, the appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Skin tests are free of charge and take only a few minutes. Please contact the salon to arrange yours in advance.

The salon reserves the right to refuse a colour service if the skin test shows any adverse reaction.

4. Pricing & Services

All prices are as displayed on our current price list or as quoted at the time of booking.

Prices may be subject to change without prior notice. You will always be informed of the cost before any service begins.

Additional services requested during your appointment will be charged accordingly.

Consultations are available free of charge for new clients or complex services. We recommend booking a consultation prior to any significant change in style or colour.

5. Health & Safety

Please inform your stylist of any allergies, skin conditions, medical treatments, or medications that may affect your hair or scalp before your appointment.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please let us know so we can advise on suitable products and treatments.

The salon maintains high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. All tools and equipment are sanitised between clients.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who appears to have a contagious condition, including but not limited to head lice or scalp infections, in the interest of protecting other clients and staff.

6. Liability

Whilst we take every care to deliver the best results, hair treatments can be unpredictable. Results may vary depending on the condition, history, and type of your hair.

The salon will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to products where a patch test was carried out and showed no reaction.

If you are unhappy with your service, please contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment. We will do our best to resolve any concerns, which may include a complimentary correction appointment.

Any corrections or adjustments must be carried out by the salon. We are unable to offer refunds for services that have been altered by another salon or at home.

7. Personal Belongings

The salon accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings, including clothing, jewellery, or electronic devices, whilst on the premises.

We recommend removing valuable jewellery before your appointment and keeping personal items secure.

8. Children in the Salon

Children are welcome in the salon; however, they must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

For safety reasons, children should not be left unattended near styling equipment or products.

A parent or guardian must be present and provide consent for any child under the age of 16 receiving a service.

9. General

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in an abusive, threatening, or disrespectful manner towards staff or other clients.

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available in the salon and on our website.
