Louise's career began where all the best stories in hairdressing do - at Toni & Guy. Trained under one of the most respected names in the industry, she spent over two decades mastering precision cutting, creative colouring and the art of making every client feel like they belong in the chair.

From her early days learning the craft, Louise knew this wasn't just a job. It was the thing she was meant to do.

Two decades across East London & beyond

Louise has held senior positions at some of the busiest Toni & Guy salons in the area. At the South Woodford salon, she built a loyal following of clients who valued her ability to listen first and cut second - understanding not just what someone wanted, but what would actually work for their hair, face shape and lifestyle.

At Ilford, she thrived in one of the most diverse communities in London, developing an expertise across every hair type and texture. It's where she sharpened her colour work - from subtle balayage to bold fashion shades - and earned a reputation as someone who could handle anything that walked through the door.

Her time at Canary Wharf brought a different energy entirely. Working with professionals who needed to look polished but had limited time, Louise perfected the art of the efficient transformation - high-end results delivered with the focus and pace the city demands. It's where she refined her consultations down to an instinct: reading what a client needs before they've finished explaining it.
